AGM to be held Sun 6th Nov at Llandrindod Wells GC at 2pm

Paperwork for the AGM has been sent to your clubs.

There is a vacancy for one Full Member to serve on the Committee for two years. If you/your Ladies’ Section wish to nominate someone, please complete the Nomination Form and return it to Sally Wilkinson by Thursday 27th October 2022.

Delegates are also reminded that should they wish to raise any item of business at the AGM, notice must be given in writing to the Sally Saturday, 22nd October 2022.

2022 has been a bit of a difficult year with one or two competitions cancelled due to lack of entries and another postponed due to forecast storms. The Committee also reviewed the Competitions Format and Administration document and updated the competition cancellation policy to state that “ a competition should proceed as planned unless the course is declared closed or unplayable”.

Your Committee is considering altering the format of some competitions for the 2023 programme, so following the formality of the AGM an discussion forum is anticipated. Please make every effort to send a representative from your Club so that your Lady member’s views are represented.
