Autumn Medal Results

The Autumn Medal was held at Builth Wells CG on Saturday 7th September in what turned out to be a gorgeous early autumn day with plenty of sunshine, light winds and warm temperatures.

Congratulations go to Sherrie Edwards of Builth Wells on winning the L Griffiths Trophy for the best Gross (73) and taking the West Bromwich Bowl for the aggregate of the Spring (@Aberystwyth GC) and Autumn Medals, and to Steph Jenkins of Cradoc on winning the Mrs G Owen Best Nett Salver with 69.

Unfortunately the Salver has been missing for a couple of years now. It would much appreciated if you could all have a really good look for this at home and at your clubs as it cannot have vanished into thin air…

While we have your attention, please note that for the Teams of Three in Penrhos the tee time has been changed to 9am to 12pm. We will be allocating the tee times from noon backwards towards the morning, but if this poses a huge problem for you, please contact our Competitions Secretary to withdraw. However…it is hoped you are early risers and we will see you all there!!
